Hello! We’re All Ways Good.

Up in the air and grounded in community.

From welcoming and inclusive classes, to playful and ambitious performances - come fly, move and connect with us in Newcastle and beyond!

All Ways Good Company is run by a small but dedicated team, with a passion for creating genuinely inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly classes, experiences and performances for all ages.

Perhaps you’ve found yourself here because you’d like to come along to one of our aerial classes? We run 8 weekly sessions from our base at Christ Church, Shieldfield.

Or maybe you’re interested in our unique flavour of productions - combining our theatre, community art and circus experience.

My children have attended sessions with Jane and the team since its inception. From the outset I have been impressed by the inclusive and welcoming nature of the sessions. Children and young people are encouraged to explore and develop in a creative and nurturing space. Jane’s approach is summed up in her oft-used phrase ‘I’m interested to see what you’re going to do next’.

The team are particularly good at working with neurodiverse children and those who struggle with traditional teaching approaches, bringing an innovative and collaborative approach where young people can explore and work on problem solving and collaboration. A close knit group has evolved who also manage to welcome newcomers and support all levels of experience with gentle steering from Jane and her team.

We took some of our young people to learn circus skills at Christ Church with All Ways Good. The session was expertly facilitated, there was a real sense of equality and gentleness which our young people responded to really well.

Within our Youth group there is a high number of young people who are neurodivergent and often struggle with behavioural expectations, it was wonderful to see the regulating effect that using aerial equipment had, and it really felt like there was something for everyone.

It was wonderful to see a situation set up for thoughtful risk taking and I was proud to see how empowered our young people felt to safely and bravely try new things. The facilitation style felt truly co-operative and supportive, we are very keen to continue working with All Ways Good in future.
